Frog Speech
This was originally an idea I water-colored, and I can't remember what happened to the water color painting. But I remembered it, and decided to paint it again. Normally when I give a character a speech bubble, they will say some kind of phrase that relates to the character. Instead of having this frog say something, I decided the make a big squiggle in his bubble. I don't know what it means, but I like to think its some kind of sound waves, like how a frog would write if frogs had written word. I don't know, but one thing I do know is that frogs are cute, and always an appreciated subject.
This canvas was found at Deseret Industries, roughly 10" x 20" and painted with acrylic and outlined in black with a sharpie.
